Qualifications

Skills and Experience

• Essential:
  • Proven experience in product management within a data-driven environment.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, KPI-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly and structurally write product requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate successfully with technical and commercial teams.
• Preferred:
  • Direct experience in payments, fintech, or e-commerce industries.
  • Practical knowledge of payment systems, transaction flows, and conversion rates.
  • Experience in data analysis (SQL, advanced Excel, BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Zendesk or HubSpot.
